Agile is pleased to welcome Paul Kearsey as our new Head of Practice for Data Strategy & Governance, strengthening our ability to help organisations deliver meaningful, sustainable data-led transformation.
Paul brings over two decades of experience leading business and digital transformation programmes, and more recently has focused on supporting organisations to become genuinely data-driven. He works closely with senior leaders to shape clear, outcome-led data strategies, develop executive-ready investment cases, and create practical data roadmaps that translate ambition into delivery. Paul also helps organisations to embed the data governance and cultural change needed to make transformation stick.
Paul’s work is grounded in answering these questions through pragmatic, outcome-led approaches. His expertise spans the end-to-end journey: defining strategy, designing operating models and governance, planning and sequencing delivery, and supporting the behavioural change that enables teams to use data confidently and consistently.
