Want to know the faces behind the data? At Agile, our people make the difference. We are a curious, collaborative team where each member of Team Agile brings their own experience, perspective and personality to the work we do.
Meet some of our team.
As CEO at Agile, Steve is no stranger to juggling a hundred things at once – but he always makes time for those small moments to laugh or connect with his team. They’re what make each day feel lighter, more human, and far more enjoyable.
Energetic and passionate about all things digital, Steve thrives on innovation and collaboration. If he weren’t leading Agile, he’d probably be designing and building sleek, glass-clad skyscrapers – spaces that bring together professionals, creatives, and anyone who values great design, genuine connections, and meaningful conversation.
Steve believes in excellence, in customer service, team building, and delivering for clients. And while he’s still working on bringing that same level of excellence to his snowboarding, he’s proud to be guiding clients through today’s digital challenges while helping them prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities.
Owen starts his day by facing the unwavering stare of the family’s personal trainer – a collie-cross lurcher who insists on a morning walk before he can settle down with a coffee and get to work from one of his many “offices” (usually coffee shops).
A collector and investor in classic cars, and handy with a spanner, there’s little about cars or engines Owen can’t discuss in detail. If he weren’t working in data, something automotive would undoubtedly have been his chosen career.
Always curious about entrepreneurial ideas and new ways to apply technology to service industries, Owen enjoys hearing fresh perspectives. A long-time book collector, he has a small library of local, economic, and world history titles – alongside plenty of classic and car-related volumes- and is always happy to discuss them over a pint of real ale or craft beer.
John is an experienced director and board advisor, specialising in growing and scaling tech companies.
He likes to start the day by exercising before work, enjoying the calm and time to focus before the workday starts.
If John wasn’t working in data, he’d be a sculptor, spending his days shaping raw materials into captivating forms.
John values hard work, integrity and purpose. He enjoys working collaboratively in high performing teams to deliver value and positive outcomes.
Lauren is usually up before sunrise, coffee in hand, getting a head start on the day.
Away from spreadsheets, she’s happiest planning her next home project or a long walk with her dog. She brings a calm, steady approach to work and believes in keeping things simple, thoughtful, and human, numbers included.
Sim has over 17 years of experience delivering technology projects across a wide range of sectors, including more than a decade dedicated to helping customers unlock value from their data platforms.
A strong believer in working smarter, not harder, Sim has introduced numerous automation platforms to his teams and takes pride in eliminating unnecessary admin through smart automation.
If he weren’t working in data, he’d likely be reviewing the latest gadgets as a tech journalist for The Verge.
Sim values patience and perseverance, recognising that not every deal is won quickly, and focuses on building long-term success over short-term gains.
Rich starts his day with two (sometimes three) coffees and a quick scan of the latest tech headlines.
If he weren’t building alliances, he’d be teaching canoeing or sailing somewhere warm and sunny. A true water baby, he feels most at home by the sea.
Rich has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a culture that encourages new ideas. His desk is always scattered with squashy balls, fidget toys, and a doodle pad – all tools to keep his creativity flowing.
Faye starts her day with a cup of black tea and a quick review of her to-do list.
If she weren’t in marketing, she’d be an interior designer – or perhaps an architect – as she always has a home project on the go. Rightmove is her favourite app.
Faye believes everyone deserves to be listened to. That said, she’s rarely without some background music – usually 90s classics – to keep her company, along with her dog, Tilly.
Jen believes there’s no better way to start the day than getting out for an early walk with her Labrador, Millie. It’s her time to think, reset, and get ready to take on whatever the day brings.
If Jen wasn’t in data, she’d be running things behind the scenes at an animal charity, keeping everything organised, spotting ways to make things work better, and sneaking in as many cuddles as possible. A bit of structure, a lot of heart, and all for a good cause.
Jen’s big on balance, getting things done without losing sight of what matters. She believes in working hard, switching off properly, and finding joy in the everyday stuff: good people, good dogs, and the satisfaction of a job done properly.
Clare likes to start each day with some fresh air, it just makes everything better. If something needs doing, she either tackles it straight away or writes it down before it’s swept away in the chaos of juggling family, work, dog walks, exercise, and social plans (not to mention managing everyone’s diaries).
She never had a set career plan but has a knack for finding herself in interesting roles often the kind described as, “It’s yours to shape; do you fancy it?” It’s never been dull.
Clare lives for her holidays, loves travelling, and enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family. A true foodie, she’s very skilled at eating – so regular exercise helps keep the balance.
Jason is very rarely found without a strong black coffee in hand and will usually have a bit of tech or a new training plan to talk about.
If he wasn’t in data consulting, he’d likely be running a climbing wall to help others push their limits and find enjoyment from the process of continuous improvement.
He’s all about progress, whether that’s helping teams turn complex challenges into clear solutions or chasing the next personal training goal.
Ben starts his day at 5am with a shot of black coffee and a 40-minute walk (rain or shine) with his best mate, Joe the black lab. It’s his time to think through the day ahead, juggling calls, deadlines, and how to deliver real quality.
Once back, he dives into his calendar, often stacked four calls deep, yet somehow still manages to connect with his team, solve problems, and move client projects forward. Supporting both his immediate and wider team is at the heart of what he does. He’s also passionate about exploring new ways to connect – through webinars, podcasts, and virtual roundtables.
A qualified landscape architect with a good eye for detail, Ben admits that if he could turn back time, he might have become a professional carp angler – drawn by the same patience, focus, and drive to be the best he can be. For him, honesty is simple: say what you’ll do and do what you say.
An early riser, Olly starts his day with a spin class to get his body moving and his mind focused.
If he weren’t in sales, he’d be building things – having already created both an outdoor bar and kitchen – or spending more time on the golf course, embracing the emotional highs and lows of an average golfer.
Olly believes every day is an opportunity to learn something new and to avoid getting stuck in routine – after all, every day should be a school day.
Lissa starts her day with a walk alongside her beloved pooch, Alfie, before heading home for a strong cuppa to kick off the working day.
If she weren’t in the world of data & sales she’d be in the travel industry as she loves nothing more than to travel at any given opportunity. Failing that she would be a dog walker or groomer – her love for dogs knows no bounds.
A direct descendant of Robert the Bruce, Lissa lives by his famous words: “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, and try again.” Her determination and positive spirit mean she never gives up.
Emma isn’t a morning person, so a strong coffee is essential to kick-start her day, just as an evening training session is key to burning off her energy.
If she weren’t an Account Director, she’d be teaching others how to meal plan and cook around busy lives. When she’s not cooking or eating, she’s usually doing some form of sport to work up an appetite or thinking about her next meal.
Energetic and driven, Emma believes life is all about balance: striving for success while making time to slow down, recharge, and plan the next holiday or adventure.
With two young children to get off to school, mornings are fast-paced in Paul’s house but he always makes time to enjoy a cup of coffee and get focussed on the day ahead.
If Paul wasn’t in data, he’d work in a kitchen. Paul loves food and is seldom happier than when he is cooking (usually Italian) with some music playing.
Paul has been a ‘ways-of-working’ nerd since he was a teenager. He is a strong believer that teams perform their best work when everyone in the team feels engaged and enabled to contribute.
Katie has over 25 years’ experience working in and with UK government and the public sector, delivering complex digital and data-led transformation across director-level leadership, delivery and commercial roles.
She starts the day with mindful meditation and a freshly brewed coffee, setting focus and direction for the work ahead.
Outside of work, Katie can often be found organising community activities or supporting charitable causes, driven by a desire to make a positive, practical difference.
Katie values collaboration, integrity and impact, recognising that sustainable public sector change depends on strong data foundations as much as effective delivery.
Danny kicks off his morning by reading a few chapters of a book, followed by a stroll through the local park.
If he weren’t in the world of data and sales, he would like to be working in television. He got a taste of the industry years ago at a documentary production company and absolutely loved the thrill of it.
For his 18th birthday, Danny’s father gave him If – by Rudyard Kipling. More than just a poem, it has become Danny’s roadmap; he uses its guidance on integrity and perseverance as a framework for navigating both his life and his career.
