Data Advisory Services

The Data Strategy Advisory team at Agile supports our customers with data leadership to help them think differently about data. This may include how to monetise it, govern it or disseminate it. We can support you through the evaluation of existing and emergent technologies, planning and roadmap creation, in order to help you implement the necessary data capability to drive success. 

As part of our client engagement processes, we provide Delivery Services that allow clients to be confident in our ability to execute projects with staff that are experienced in both data management and project management.  We provide both Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads that are supported by a Delivery Assurance process and a Project Management Office to ensure that the Senior Leadership Team have a portfolio and proactive view across all of our client engagements.
